Insurance
We are in-network with select insurance plans. Please contact our office directly to confirm current network participation.
Before your first appointment, we recommend verifying your benefits with your insurance provider to better understand your coverage and any potential out-of-pocket costs.
Helpful questions to ask your insurance provider:

Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and has it been met?

Payment
We accept all major credit cards as well as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
Good Faith Estimate
If you are uninsured or choose not to use your insurance benefits, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of your care.
Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide an estimate of charges for services prior to your appointment.

If you schedule services at least 3 business days in advance, you will receive your estimate within 1 business day.

If you schedule services at least 10 business days in advance, you will receive your estimate within 3 business days.

You may also request an estimate at any time before scheduling services.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge.
